Functions available via modules. (Partial List) (All may not apply) Specifications and functionalities may change without notice

Administration

• Clinic info - add/modify clinic(s) information (including satellite clinics)

• Setup - clinic times and minimum appointment slot

• Employee Manager - add/modify employee information (reset employee password here)

• Employee link - link employee(s) to provider

• Employee insurance - insurance of clinic/diagnostic center employee

• Laboratory information - add/modify external and/or internal lab information

• Pharmacy - add/modify pharmacy information

• Employee list - list of employees

• Designation - designate employee job function which allows them access only to data pertaining to their duties

• Rooms - assign names to rooms available at clinic/diagnostic center

• Facilities - add/modify facilities available at a clinic/diagnostics center

• Codes - charge codes. Add /modify individually or all by a %

• Referrals - inbound/outbound physician referrals

• Access - allow access to specific data to specific employees. Add/modify designations

• Schedule maintenance - add/modify provider schedule

• Reports - comprehensive reports, also accessible from 'Modules' menu

Clinic

• Current Appointments - current day appointments

• Pt. Waiting - patients that have arrived to the clinic and waiting to see the provider. Record vitals, chief complaint, add/modify review of system information, add/modify social, medical, family, immunization history

• Reviewed Labs - lab results that have arrived electronically and have been reviewed

• Reviewed Radiology - radiology reports that have arrived and have been reviewed

• Reviewed Procedures - procedures that have been performed and reviewed

• Reviewed Surgery - reviewed surgery notes and results

• Reviewed Images - reviewed medical images

• Pt. summary - detailed summary of all patient visits, medications, allergy, calls, lab results, and referrals

• EMR - complete medical record of the patient stored electronically

• Labs - order labs for a patient, view all received results

• Radiology - order radiology for a patient, view all received results

• Procedures/ - order procedures or for a patient, view all received results

• DME - order durable medical equipment for a patient and link to diagnosis

• Rx - electronically send prescription(s) for a patient, view allergy/medication history, drug interactions

• Pt. Calls - view/add patient call history

• Trans. files - view transcribed files

• Refill reminder - give authorization for refills

• Schedule maintenance - view/modify provider schedule

• Letters - letter templates for correspondence with patients

• OB Hx - view a female patient's OB history

• PFC - prenatal flow chart

• Prov. Ref - patient referral to other provider, if requested send secure fax of patient EMR to referred provider

• FCL ref - patient referrals to other facilities

• Print labels - print labels for lab specimen

• Telephone consent - patient telephone consents

Provider

• Patients - pre screened patients waiting to see provider. EMR and point-&-click documentation of patient encounter and add bill codes

• Encounters - patient previous encounter information

• Review Images/Surgery/Labs/Radiology - review patient information

• Pt. Summary - summary of patient visits

• EMR - view past encounter information
