LoginClinic® Inc.

LoginClinic, Inc. is based in St. Joseph, Michigan specializes in delivering Medical Enterprise Resource Management software for outpatient medical practices in a totally integrated suite of programs called LoginClinic.

The driving principle behind the design of our products is to automate the existing workflow in clinics to increase revenue, reduce costs and improve patient care in today’s medical practice. The system includes the ability to pre-check patient eligibility, process insurance claims electronically, deliver prescription to pharmacies electronically, establish patient records, report patient statements, track referrals and bi-directional lab connectivity, and reduce or eliminate transcriptions. On the clinic side, the product provides the physician with a proprietary, comprehensive Diagnosis Support System (DSS) with recommended follow-on procedures, , x-rays or labs to help confirm the diagnosis. The company represents the most state-of-the-art suites of productivity software for the outpatient market available today.

The system will dramatically improve billing and documentation, and cutting the overhead costs of practices. The product is unique as it integrates 'through put' from the entire office practice into seamless practice management software including HIPAA compliant EMR, scheduling, and CMS ready real time billing. LoginClinic's current product offerings are: Login Practice, Login EMR and Login CKM. In the third quarter of 2006 we are introducing connectivity via PDA's.
